Annual Dues

Saint Theresa School’s Parent Association (HSA – Home & School Association) has a mandatory $300 per family annual fee.  This fee applies to ALL families Pre-K thru 8th grade. This fee helps enhance the resources and programs available to our students and to support the various initiatives that benefit our school community. The fee also helps fund activities such as educational events and school wide celebrations as well as improvements to our building, all of which directly impacts the students in a positive way.

 

There are many different ways you can fulfill this obligation:

  • Run For Roses - actively participate in our annual fundraiser and collect a minimum of $300 from donors.

    • This can be from family, friends, coworkers or you can participate in one of our many collection opportunities at church or local restaurants to collect from patrons.

    • You can personally donate $300 to your child's fundraiser page. 

  • HSA Sponsored Events - volunteer your time to HSA sponsored events:

    • HSA Executive Board Member (President, Vice President, Treasurer or Secretary) – serve in one of these leadership roles for the entire school year to take $150 off of the $300 obligation.

    • Room Parent or HSA Event Coordinator  - volunteer to be the room parent (for K- 8 only) for a classroom for the entire school year or lead one of the many HSA sponsored events throughout the year to take $100 off of the $300 obligation.

    • Volunteer - Volunteer for any major HSA events to take $15 for every hour you donate from the $300 obligation.

You may mix and match any of the above activities to meet your family obligation. Some ways you can meet this requirement include:

  • You may collect at least $300 donations from friends and family during our annual Run For Roses fundraiser to meet your obligation.

  • You may choose to be a room parent ($100 value), volunteer 6 hours throughout the year at various events ($90 value), and donate the additional $110 to reach the $300 minimum. 

 

We appreciate and encourage all families to actively participate in HSA events and fundraisers.
